Kenneth Frederick Ernst (1918–1985), known as Ken Ernst, was an American comic-book and comic-strip artist. He is best known for drawing the newspaper strip Mary Worth, which he took over in 1942 and continued until his death. Ernst’s realistic drawing style helped establish a visual approach for the relationship-centered newspaper strips that followed.
